hmm... as a throw away compared to the reality of how the government has treated the people of new orleans this gift means nothing. but as the old saying "something is better than nothing". what have you done for the people with this terrible loss. why would you point a finger if someone is willing to do anything to put a little smile on there faces.

Yes, tasteless. Let's act and not talk about the great things we're doing, please.

That said, I am in San Antonio, where we have 10,000+ evacuees. And they are SCREAMING for African American hair product. "Please, please, just let me be able to do my hair." If it provides even a bit of normalcy in the midst of chaos, what's the harm?
