Not so anymore. Now we can read hundreds of hotel reviews before we ever decide on the perfect room. We can google the destination and read blogs or even watch video from the vactions of perfect strangers. Word-of-mouth, or viral marketing is the most powerful tool the tourism has today. But unlike the travel agent, it is also the most honest. If a vaction destination is not all it's cracked up to be, thankfully we'll know about it before we ever book the flight. Enjoy your trip.
