You left out the prediction about Rubel's posting on "hacking customers" where he describes how to double- and triple-bill for the same work. Followed by "hacking outplacement" and "hacking foodstamps."

That's funny - I just said the same thing to someone on the phone. What the heck IS the 25 percent really supposed to be anyway? A Quarter Pounder? A Royalle with cheese?
